4th-generation family ranch in Robin, Idaho. Quarter, half, and whole beef shares — raised on grass in summer, hay in winter, and picked up along the I-15 corridor.
Salt Lake is the southern anchor of our I-15 service area. If you're already paying premium prices for grass-fed beef in the Avenues or Sugar House, a share from Old Tom Pastures is worth the drive north — and you'll know the family that raised it.
Every share is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished — the way beef has been raised in this valley for four generations. You reserve with a deposit, we raise your animal on open pasture, and when it's harvested you fill out a cut sheet so the steaks, roasts, and ground beef in your freezer are exactly the way your family eats.
Pickup is at our local butcher in Downey on harvest day. From Salt Lake City, plan on about ~2 hours 15 minutes on I-15 and take Exit 31 or 36 (Downey) to reach Robin. We email exact address, hours, and butcher processing costs a couple weeks before the pickup window so you can coordinate coolers and freezer space.
If the current harvest is fully reserved, join the waitlist and we'll email Salt Lake City customers first when the next round opens.
